My name is Lacey, and I am proud to say fitness is a big part
of my life.  Just like every girl out there, I have to work
very hard for the body I want. I was always active in highschool, and once I graduated and went off to college I didn't understand why I was gaining a few extra pounds I would walk about 3 to 4 miles every day, but I wasn't seeing much of a difference. 

I then turned to weight training and a healthy diet.  It's a good thing I did because it allowed me to open a whole new chapter in my life. For seven years I was a St. Louis Rams chearleader. 

I've seen and worked with with several trainers throughout the years, and am able to say, with confidence, David Osborne is a fantastic and motivating trainer. And extremely knowledgeable on top of that.

I would not be in the shape I am in now if it wasn't for him.
